About the Park

Howard County Tennis Patrons (HCTP) is planning to develop a unique athletic and spectator sports venue that will bring social, health, environmental and economic benefits to Howard County. HCTP will create a world-class sports facility for residents of the County and surrounding communities that cultivates tennis, fitness, health, education, and a spirit of community.

The Center will be constructed in Howard County’s Troy Regional Park, located centrally at the crossroads of I-95 and Route 100 in Elkridge, Maryland. The Howard County Department of Parks and Recreation is partnering with HCTP to build Troy Park.

The Troy Park Tennis and Sports Center will be a place to play, learn, watch and enjoy sports. The Center will be a premier regional tennis and sports facility consisting of 18 outdoor lighted tennis courts, 12 indoor tennis courts, a clubhouse, an indoor exhibition venue and an 8,000 seat multi-use stadium.
